AI software experience across multiple Access

is used. Access employs approx. 8,400 people,
continuously driving product innovation and
customer service excellence in 18 countries
around the globe. All subsidiaries are 100%
owned by Access.
Its advanced cloud solution, Access Evo,
empowers Access to revolutionise the way
software is utilised through multiple sectors
and industries, giving customers the 昀氀exibility
to focus on what matters most to them. We
believe that ambitious organisations should
have software that improves working lives and
does not hinder growth.
In FY25, Access evolved from a group of
nine divisions into 21 software companies
– each focused on serving a speci昀椀c
industry with deep expertise and AI tailored
solutions, through Access Evo. This strategic
transformation was driven by a commitment
to protect and enhance the specialist skills
that de昀椀ne Access, enabling each company to
better understand and respond to the unique
challenges and opportunities within its sector.
By operating as smaller, more agile business
units, these companies are now better
equipped to deliver exceptional customer
support, faster innovation, and deeper
industry insight. Spanning over 20 industries
– from construction and legal to 昀椀nance and
healthcare – Access is now positioned to
provide more relevant, responsive, and expertdriven software solutions than ever before.
Each software company holds overall
accountability and responsibility for revenue,
pro昀椀t, operations, research and development,
as well as sales, marketing and client delivery.
Our sector speci昀椀c software solutions cover
not for pro昀椀t, construction, education, health,
support and social care services, hospitality,
legal, manufacturing, recruitment agencies,
visitor attractions, and warehousing and
ful昀椀lment. Access also o昀昀ers key business
management solutions for 昀椀nance, HR and
payroll, hosting and payments services, which
we serve from o昀케ces across the world.
With more than 2.2 million people using
Access Evo, we have brought together Access
customers’ systems, data and people in one
place. The technology and applications we use
are innovative, far-reaching and diverse, but
the vision is a singular, people-昀椀rst approach
to technology, illustrating that a richer
relationship with technology can empower us
to have better experiences across all aspects
of our lives.
FY25 marked a pivotal year in Access’s journey
in pioneering technology with the rollout of
Access Evo – our AI-enabled software platform
– which now powers over 60 products across
our portfolio.
Access Evo represents the cornerstone of
our innovation strategy, the rollout process
is rigorous, with each product undergoing
extensive testing to ensure it meets the
highest standards of security, data protection,
and operational e昀케ciency. This disciplined
approach ensures that our customers bene昀椀t
from robust, intelligent solutions that are both
secure and scalable.
Our ambition is to make the entire Access
product suite sector-leading in AI capability.
While some industries are further along in
their digital maturity than others, we have
seen exceptional uptake and success across
the board.
