Through transparent communication about our data protection practices and continuous improvement
initiatives, we aim to demonstrate that privacy considerations are embedded in every aspect of our
operations.
Looking forward
For FY26 we will focus on several key data protection initiatives:

Enhancing our privacy impact assessment processes, particularly for Access Products, strengthening
our commitment to privacy by design

Seeking ways to further improve our data protection training program
•
Strengthening our data subject rights management framework with the aid of OneTrust to ensure
continued compliance with evolving regulations
•
Improving our privacy metrics and reporting capabilities to provide greater transparency
