Sustainability Report
Access takes all sanctions obligations
seriously and continues to ensure awareness
of sanctions issues across all its teams, and
remains vigilant in combatting sanctions
breaches.
We require all employees, contractors, and
partners to operate in a professional, ethical,
and diligent manner, and be transparent on all
possible con昀氀icts of interest.
The Group works with external law 昀椀rms and
consultants to keep up-to-date globally on any
changes to legal and regulatory standards and
ensure that any new legal requirements are
re昀氀ected in our policies.
All con昀椀dential and personal data is governed
by terms of engagement between Access and
its customers, suppliers, and partners. Data
is handled only by authorised personnel in a
secure manner in accordance with GDPR and
other applicable data privacy and data security
regulations and standards.
Access maintains a governance framework
which describes the company’s structure
and governance, roles and responsibilities,
review of strategy and risk, and appropriate
delegations of authority.
We encourage any form of corrupt or
suspicious behaviour to be reported either
through an independent third-party portal or
via internal processes speci昀椀ed in our Speakup Policy. The investigation and response
to any reports received are overseen by
members of the Access Management Team
and reported to the Audit and Risk Committee.
In addition to our Standards of Business
Conduct and ethics training, in FY25 we
implemented mandatory group-wide
information security training, as well as
health and safety training for all employees
via the Access training portal. This training
was essential in helping Access maintain a
secure environment for Access, its customers,
contractors, and partners.
Access strives to comply with best practice
and benchmarks itself against leaders in
business ethics and professional integrity,
as well using knowledge acquired from
attending conferences, trade publications and
professional subscriptions and legal news and
analysis on legal and regulatory issues.
GOVERNANCE AND REPORTING
As a private company, Access looks to
apply the principles of the Wates Corporate
Governance Principles for Large Private
Companies, as appropriate. The principles and
disclosures laid out by the Wates Corporate
Governance Principles provide a framework to
ensure we have the appropriate governance
arrangements in place. The Board looks to
apply these Principles and our 2025 Annual
Report includes details of the processes that
we have implemented for the Group, which
are reviewed annually.
