In Romania, a team transformed a local school environment by creating a new green space. These
activities re昀氀ect our ongoing commitment to local action and the enthusiasm of our people to
create lasting, positive changes where we operate.
THE ACCESS FOUNDATION EMPLOYEE NOMINATED CHARITIES
The Access Foundation’s mission is to deliver measurable social change through grant-making to
charities that address pressing societal and environmental challenges.
As part of our commitment to community impact, The Access Foundation runs the Employee
Nominated Charities Scheme, empowering employees to request grants for causes they care about.
Nominations can be made for charities that have personally supported them or for organisations
they support actively through volunteering or fundraising, especially those helping disadvantaged
groups or advancing environmental protection.
This programme has meant 72 grants totalling £386,250 have been approved in FY25, spanning
seven di昀昀erent countries.
Through The Access Foundation and our employee-led initiatives, we continue to strengthen our
commitment to building resilient communities and driving long-term social value.
