members better understand their

It will also serve as a valuable framework
for making more consistent and

In FY26, the Employee Success team
will continue to focus on getting our
“Brilliant Basics” right – everywhere and
for everyone. This means ensuring that
core HR services and experiences are
not only reliable and e昀케cient, but also
thoughtful, inclusive, and easy to access.
As we roll out our global HCM across
the business, this strategy will underpin
how we design and deliver our services.
From accurate data to easy self-service,
our goal is to elevate the everyday
experience for employees and managers
alike.
Our GO centres will continue to play a
vital role in delivering “Brilliant Basics” at
scale, providing structured support for
global services while driving consistency
across regions. At the same time, we will
ensure that local context and employee
feedback inform how we tailor our
delivery. Whether it’s onboarding, pay,
bene昀椀ts, or performance achievement,
the focus will be on blending smart
digital processes with the exceptional
human service that our Employee
Success teams are known for.
We will also embed the job architecture
framework more deeply into core
services, making it a foundational
tool that supports transparent career
pathing, fairer reward decisions, and
better organisational design. Alongside
this, we’ll continue enhancing our talent
acquisition practices, re昀椀ning systems
and processes to support speed, and
quality in hiring – while maintaining the
personal touch that makes candidates
and hiring managers feel supported and
empowered.
Ultimately, the success of “Brilliant
Basics” lies in our ability to combine
progressive digitalisation, employee
input, and expert human judgement.
Whether we are harmonising bene昀椀ts
globally, simplifying work昀氀ows, or
implementing new systems, our
