Strengthening leadership
capability across Access
In FY26, Access will place an even greater
focus on building outstanding leadership
capability to support our ambitious
growth and transformation agenda.
We are proud of the strong leadership
we already have in place, and this year
we began to scale new programmes
– most notably our “Licence to Lead”
initiative, which has received excellent
feedback from participants. In FY26,
we will accelerate the roll-out of this
programme and others, making them
accessible to more leaders across
geographies and levels.
As we move toward becoming an AI-昀椀rst
technology organisation, our leaders
will play a vital role in shaping how their
teams adapt and thrive. That’s why,
in FY26, we will introduce dedicated
training to help managers lead by
example when it comes to adopting and
embedding AI tools in everyday work.
From mindset to practice, our leadership
programmes will focus on helping
leaders foster curiosity, con昀椀dence, and
responsible experimentation within
their teams. We also recognise that this
transformation brings with it signi昀椀cant
change. As such, change management
will become a central theme within our
leadership development e昀昀orts in FY26.
We will equip leaders with practical
strategies to guide their teams through
uncertainty, maintain engagement, and
manage transitions smoothly – ensuring
our people stay informed, resilient, and
aligned with our shared goals.
