Global bene昀椀ts harmonisation
In FY25, we continued to make progress
on our global bene昀椀ts harmonisation
programme, aimed at creating a consistent
and equitable experience for all employees
across our international operations. By
aligning core bene昀椀ts such as healthcare,
parental leave, and well-being support, our
intention is to ensure every team member
ultimately, regardless of location, has access to
fair and competitive bene昀椀ts that re昀氀ects our
values and commitment to their well-being
inside and outside work.
This programme promotes internal equity
and strengthens our global employee value
proposition, helping us attract and retain the
best talent in competitive markets.
Looking ahead, FY26 will also be a
breakthrough year for integrating AI-driven
solutions across the Employee Success
function. In FY25, our teams began assessing
high-impact use cases for arti昀椀cial intelligence
and we’ve already adopted real-time
engagement analytics with our engagement
survey platform.
These innovations promise to drive e昀케ciency
and release signi昀椀cant additional capacity
within the Employee Success team, and by so
doing further power our mission to deliver
smarter, proactive services that support
employee growth and wellbeing at every stage
of employment.

Given our signi昀椀cant growth and global scale,
we’re also preparing to implement a single,
global HR platform in FY26. This marks a
major milestone in our digital transformation
and will enable us to harmonise processes,
streamline services, and empower employees
and managers with intuitive self-service
tools. Work is already well underway on data
readiness, change management, and global
process design to ensure a successful rollout.
