Sustainability Report
To further support smooth transition, we
have developed a series of integration
playbooks, capturing best practices from
past acquisitions across key functional areas
such as HR, IT, 昀椀nance, and other functions.
These playbooks provide acquired teams and
integration leaders with practical, step-by-step
guidance, helping ensure consistent, e昀케cient
onboarding while preserving the unique
strengths and capabilities we acquired each
businesses for initially.
Critically, we embed acquired talent into
the fabric of Access’ leadership and culture
from day one. This year we have included
acquired businesses in our new development
programmes such as “Licence to Lead”, and
new employees are included early in our
employee listening processes.
When asked via our engagement survey,
eNPS scores for acquired employees has
risen to +57 this year, which we take as a
strong indicator of growing connection and
satisfaction across our expanding global team.
Global Operations Centres (GOCs)
Our Global Operations Centres (GOCs)
are an essential part of Access’ strategy to
deliver consistent, high-quality support and
innovation across our global business as
we grow. Located in Loughborough (United
Kingdom), Timișoara (Romania), and Kuala
Lumpur (Malaysia), these centres act as hubs
of excellence, bringing together talent across
a wide range of functions including employee
success (HR), product development, customer
success, marketing, sales, legal and 昀椀nance. In
FY25, our GOCs continued to expand, helping
us scale with consistency, share best practice
across regions, and deliver exceptional
experiences to our customers and people.
GO centres are also a key enabler of our
people-昀椀rst strategy. By clustering roles in
well-supported, collaborative environments,
we can invest more deeply in training,
development, and employee engagement as
we scale and consolidate services in these
chosen locations.
As we continue to grow globally, our GOCs will
remain critical to operational resilience and
cultural integration.
