Comprehensive updates on organisational
progress are communicated regularly
throughout the year during our global all
employee ‘Company Updates’ led by our CEO
quarterly, and we ensure these can be accessed
by everyone in any time-zone via “Access TV”
which is a proprietary Access channel used
widely throughout the business to communicate
important information from Group, the
commercial Divisions, and various Functional
initiatives systematically.
Beyond broadcasts, we also promote two-way
engagement and feedback actively through
initiatives such as “Our Views” (which is our
monthly employee engagement survey),
interactive town halls, special interest groups,
etc. The high frequency and quality of these
feedback loops allows us to identify and act
upon the challenges and opportunities our
employees raise with us quickly, and we pride
ourselves on our data driven approach to swift
issue identi昀椀cation and resolution.
Recognition and appreciation
Recognition programmes play a central role
in celebrating outstanding performance and
reinforcing our core values. Our annual CEO
Awards recognise particularly high-pro昀椀le
achievements amongst our employees, and we
use our own “Applause” recognition scheme to
foster a strong culture of real time peer-to-peer
recognition and rewards amongst our teams.
This system allows team members to award
points spontaneously that can be converted
to prizes to their employees whenever they
want to recognise a notable work contribution.
We showcase examples of excellent work
across our global network regularly, as we like
to encourage a culture of appreciation within
Access systematically.
Our Employee Success team is on a mission to
enhance the operational employment experience
of all Access employees. Our goal is to provide
great employee services that are high quality,
easy to access, and easy to utilise.
Our direction is, whenever possible, to harmonise
systems, processes, and policies across the
Group to provide a consistent experience of
working for Access, wherever you work for us.
A global job architecture
This year we developed and implemented
a uni昀椀ed job architecture that will be used
throughout the organisation going forward. This
is an important strategic evolution for Access as it
will serve as a platform to:

Align our pay and bene昀椀ts structures across job
families fairly
•
Illustrate career paths within and across teams
clearly
