DEVELOP YOU
Unleashing the full potential of our employees
is key to Access’ continued growth. We have
systems in place to encourage systematic
learning, enable career development, and
build leadership capability across the Group.
In FY25 749 leaders attended our Licence to
Lead programme, which included leaders
from our more recently acquired businesses
where it also serves a very e昀昀ective cultural
integration purpose. We will be rolling the
programme out further and have trained 47
Access leaders to co-facilitate the programme
content internally. This collaboration with
business leaders also helps to preserve
the Access culture in our delivery of the
programmes. Our ultimate goal is to reach c.
1,200 leaders worldwide by the end of FY26.
Beyond the leadership group, in FY25 we
redeveloped our “Access Learning” platform.
Our results show incremental improvement
year-on-year of +35 for the ease in locating
relevant content (FY24 -19 FY25 +16).
We organise our talent development
e昀昀orts into three areas so employees at
di昀昀erent levels and career-stages can most
easily orientate, access and engage with
programmes and content most appropriate to
their situation. These are:

Learning and development
This year we placed a signi昀椀cant emphasis
on leadership development, and in January
2025 we launched our new “Licence to Lead”
initiative. Licence to lead content aligns to
our new enterprise-wide job architecture
framework. This ensures that content is
directly relevant to the leadership level each
participant is working at.
We have two foundation leadership programs
– “The 4 Essentials Roles of Leadership” and
“The 6 Critical Practices for Leading your
Team”. “The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership”
focuses on moving from tactical to strategic
and operational leadership. Engagement
and impact for this programme has been
exceptional, with participants eNPS scores
being +82 for content and quality of delivery
of the course. We also launched our frontline leaders program “The 6 Critical Practices
for Leading your Team”. This focuses on
getting work done with and through others.

Talent management
During FY25 we developed a group-wide
talent framework and supporting tool-kit was
also introduced this year. This is intended to
provide a consistent framework for identifying
aspiring leaders and fast-track employees.
Our 昀椀rst cohort will be agreed shortly and we
are in the processes of building a dedicated
fast-track development programme for them
in early FY26. Whilst we may identify a small
number of employees for our fast-track
programme, we regard all Access employees
as high-potential.
