Our People strategy is organised into four
distinct pillars so that our employees can
understand it easily, and participate in it:

We are pleased to have made great progress
in all four areas this year.
Our overall employee NPS (eNPS) score is
+48. This is in direct response to the question
“How likely are you to recommend Access as
a great place to work?”. We are very pleased
with this score as it puts us within the top 20%
of all technology 昀椀rms worldwide according to
global monthly benchmarks. This high score
is delivered through a range of thoughtfully
organised inputs that support our overarching
employee value proposition.
Access’ employee value proposition is
