We foster working conditions which support

Health, safety and wellbeing for our employees
is extremely important and our operations are
reviewed and monitored regularly. Access is
committed to a robust health, safety and wellbeing
policy at the highest level to ensure the mental and
physical wellbeing of our teams.
We train our professionals to improve existing
skills and develop new capacities. We create a
working environment for employees that nurtures
innovation and provides the resources to facilitate
this.

for our communities
As a socially responsible company, we are an
active and positive participant in the communities
in which we operate.
We deliver services in a manner which does not
compromise the environmental impact of our
customers’ operations in the communities where
they operate.
Our philanthropic initiatives are supported by
employee fundraising, Access’ contributions, and
grants by The Access Foundation, an independent
charity.
We focus our business through a customeroriented strategy based on close communication,
enabling us to understand and foresee our
customers’ needs and ful昀椀l their expectations,
supported by our network of suppliers.
Our corporate sponsorship is in line with the
Group’s Charitable Giving, Sponsorship and
Collections Policy and is aimed towards bridging
the digital divide and supporting charities which
have a strong connection with our employees.
Responsibility for
strong governance
Access follows the principles of the Wates
Corporate Governance Principles for Large Private
Companies and has established a set of corporate
rules, policies and processes that de昀椀ne our
current governance model and ensure our longterm vision is seen through the lens of excellent
governance.
Access has a zero tolerance against corruption
policy, and therefore, we require suppliers and
partners to observe professional and honest
business practices. Access aligns with the UK’s
Bribery Act 2010).
We maintain clear communication channels
with stakeholders and potential stakeholders to
provide quick and e昀昀ective responses to their
requirements.
We have a group-wide Standards of Business
Conduct with associated mandatory training which
reinforces our values and commitment to ethical
and responsible behaviour. Our commitment to
business ethics is managed by the Board through
the CEO and members of the Access Management
Team to ensure ethical behaviour is integrated
across all our teams.
We maintain our reputation as a trusted business
partner through continual improvement of our
services and business management through
ethics, innovation, safety and environmentally
sympathetic conduct, and the implementation
of high-quality procedures across all teams and
geographies.
