Access has a large number of employee
shareholders. This is promoted actively as it
drives behaviours which are conducive to longterm growth. Communication with employee
shareholders is frequent with at least a
quarterly Group update to all employees.
The Directors act fairly between members of
the company, including the impact it has both
on the company, its respective shareholders,
and the long-term strategy of the Group.

At Access, we are committed to creating an
environment where employees feel energised
to contribute to the success of our company.
In this regard employees represent the core of
our business success and growth, their work
and involvement breaking down barriers,
unlocking potential for our people, our
customers and the communities in which we
operate.
Access is passionate about attracting,
engaging, developing and retaining the best
talent in the industry, assuring the company’s
long-term success. Access is engaged fully with
its employees through employee survey tools
(such as Our Views) to measure employee net
promoter score (eNPS) and key engagement
drivers regularly. The results from these
measurements are shared with the Board to
ensure that there is a high-level platform for
raising issues and feedback is communicated
back clearly.
Prioritising the wellbeing of our employees,
Access o昀昀ers a hybrid working environment
that combines the bene昀椀ts of o昀케ce
collaboration and mental wellbeing with
the 昀氀exibility of remote work, allowing for a
balance that caters to individual needs and
circumstances. Our commitment to doing the

OUR CUSTOMERS
Customers are central to the business and
Access aims to deliver software in an e昀케cient
and continuously improving way to meet
the customer’s needs. Engagement from the
outset of a project allows the Group to add
the most value and provide the customer with
the best software solution. Feedback is sought
regularly through customer surveys and
targeted customer programs, with outputs
being reviewed by the Board.
The Group has dedicated product
development teams, now enhanced by AI
capabilities through Access Evo, innovating
products so that our customers have data
driven platforms, which will help their
businesses succeed in an increasingly digital
and AI-driven economy. The launch of Access
Evo represents our commitment to providing
next-generation intelligent software that
learns and adapts to each customer’s unique
needs.
OUR SUPPLIERS
Building good relationships with suppliers
enables the Group to obtain value, high
quality, and good service. The Group works
with suppliers who understand our business
and adhere to our ways of working. There
is currently no formalised supplier review
process however, the Board through its
delegated executive representation review
spend information.
Access also has a robust supplier onboarding
process which forms part of information
security, and any breaches are directly
reported to the Audit and Risk Committee
by exception. To date, no reports have been
reported.
